I wanted to share my honest feedback. Unfortunately, neither I nor my family enjoyed any of the 5 pickle varieties. We felt that the pickles lacked the salty and balanced pickle flavor we were expecting. Instead, the taste seemed quite bitter to us. Since taste is subjective, others may feel differently, but for our family, none of the variants matched our preference. I believe honest feedback is important, so I wanted to share my genuine experience.

Your pickles have always been very good. I would suggest that you reduce the levels of “hot” (तीखा ) slightly. Many people today have become very health-conscious, and they prefer food that isn’t too spicy.

Maine laal mirchi bharua achaar order Kiya thaa 250gram and yeh sahi mein bahut tasty hai haa spice level sahi hai aroma bhi mast hai main toh daily daal chawal kay saath khataa hu bass 1 hee advice dunga kee stuffed laal mirch ko cut karke daala karey bottle mein because kabhi kabhi mujhe half hee khana hota hai but woh possible nahi hai baaki overall badhiya achaar hai main ab sidha 500 gram ka hee order karunga.

Infact I am not a Bihari, I am a Keralite, but I had visited Bihar, Darbhanga to meet my friends there and I had lived in Mumbai for 15 years, so I have developed a taste for all recipes including North Indian. The pickles are overall good. However, they are a bit too spicy and overpowering. Also the flavours and masalas are too similar to each other. Also the oal cant be tasted and no texture therefore, if you dont tell me, I will never know what it is.
