Pickle 1: Oal Ginger Green Chilli Mixed Pickle, also known as Oal Barobar
Oal, also known as Jimikand or Suran, is mixed with equal quantities of Ginger, and Green Chilli to prepare this traditional, authentic Bihari pickle.
Tangy, Spicy, and Masaledaar, this pickle is made with grated ingredients, i.e. कद्दूकश करा हुआ ओल, अदरक और मिर्च। There are no chunks, or pieces of Oal in this pickle.
Ingredients include Oal (Jimikand/ Suran), Crushed Green Chilli, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Amchoor, Mustard Oil, Mustard, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Carom Seed, Fenugreek, Fennel Seeds, Black Cumin Seeds. Nigella Seeds. Turmeric, Asafoetida, Black Salt, and Salt.
In Mithila, we eat Oal most happily with late night paranthas.
Pickle 2: Garlic Ginger Green Chilli Mixed Pickle
Garlic Ginger Green Chilli Mix Pickle is prepared by mixing almost equal quantities of each ingredient in a rich blend of spices, and mustard oil. Peeled Garlic, with small buds, is used. A slight amount of Lemon Juice is added to bring tanginess in the pickle.
Medium Spicy, Tangy, and Chatpata, this pickle has a strong aroma of Garlic. As garlic buds are separated, and cut into two smaller pieces, the pickle gives you a taste of all three ingredients, garlic, ginger, and green chilli in every bite.
Ingredients include Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Lemon, Mustard Oil, Mustard, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Carom Seeds, Fenugreek, Fennel Seeds, Black Cumin Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Asafoetida,Turmeric, Amchoor, Black Salt, and Salt

Pickle 3: Lemon Ginger Green Chilli Mixed Pickle
Lemon Ginger Green Chilli Mix Pickle is prepared by using Kaagji lemons grown locally, longia mirchi, and grated adrak.
Is extremely tangy, sour, spicy, and slightly masaledaar. Kala Namak is used to bring sharpness, and punch to the pickle. Has small pieces of Lemon, Ginger, and Green Chillies.
Ingredients include Lemon, Green Chilli, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Mustard Oil, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin, Carom Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Black Salt, and Salt.
In Mithila, Lemon Mixed Pickle is most enjoyed in lunches with Dal, Chawal and sabzi.
The achars are really authentic bihari one as I belongs to Jharkhand so I know the taste and the flavor. I would definitely try some more achars in future. Thank you Jhaji store for such amazing achars.
Jhaji pickles are part of my meal, to enhance the taste and hunger. One should try all flavours of the pickles.

Garlic,chilli n ginger is very good.lemon is little bit low not up to mark.but suran or barabar achhar is something all must try.This time packing was better and no leakage unlike last time.go for it.
