Pickle 1: Khatt-Meethi Mango Pickle | Aam Ka Khatta Meetha Achar
Khatt-Meethi Mango is prepared by slowly cooking raw green mangoes, in a sugar चासनी, with limited quantity of spices.
Sweet & Tangy, this pickle has soft mango pieces that have a khatta-meetha juicy pulp. Mangoes are peeled, and cut into small (1-inch pieces) before being used in this pickle.
Ingredients include Raw Mango, Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Carom Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Fenugreek, Cardamon, Cloves, Pepper, Salt.

Pickle 2: Chatpati Imli Chutney | Sweet & Tangy Tamarind Chutney
Made with Imli pulp, has a strong earthiness and mild hotness coming from the dry ginger powder, and red chili powder.
Sweet & Tangy, this chutney has thick, smooth texture that goes well with all sorts of evening snacks, like Dahi Vada, Samosa, Aalo Tikki Chat, and so on. Uses sugar, and a slight amount of local sugarcane vinegar.
Ingredients include Imli, Sugar, Carom Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Fenugreek, Fennel Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Dry Ginger Powder, Salt, Black Salt, and Sugarcane Vinegar.
