Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy 

You can shop at JhaJi Store with confidence. We back all purchases with a simple, transparent policy to handle returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged jar of pickle, send us a message on Whatsapp with the picture and we'll immediately send you a replacement jar. We strongly advise throwing away the jar altogether since small parts of broken glass can be harmful.

  • If you received a wrong item, keep it. Enjoy them yourself or gift it to a friend or family member who does. We'll ship the pickle we missed delivering free of cost.

  • If you did not receive a pickle you ordered, like you received only one of the two jars you ordered, don't worry about it. Make the full payment to the delivery person at the time of the delivery, we'll send you the pickle we missed free of cost.

  • If an order is delayed, and we don't have a means to get it delivered in the near future, we can ship you a replacement order and have the first one returned. This comes at no added cost to you. You can also choose to cancel the order and collect your refund on any payment you have already paid.

  • If we cannot deliver your order, we'll have to unfortunately cancel it in the moment. This is extremely rare and happens mostly when we cannot find a delivery partner who can deliver to your address. In this case, you'll get a prompt refund of any amount you have paid for the order. We'll drop you a message in the future when we can deliver in your area.

Our payment partners are able to process refunds in 5-7 days. If you'll like it sooner you can text us your UPI details on Whatsapp or Email and we'll do that within 24 hours.
