Quality Assurance at JhaJi Store: Packaged Weight & Declared Weight

On 5th and 6th July 2025, we received two customer comments regarding the new 150g Sample Pack launched during 25-28 June 2025. The feedback highlighted an issue with the back panel printing of the packet.

Due to a printing error, the net weight and price were either missing or printed incorrectly on some packets.

To resolve this, we created corrective stickers with the accurate weight and price information and carefully pasted them on top of the affected packets before dispatch.

At JhaJi Store, we follow a strict quality check where every packet and jar is weighed on a calibrated scale before being shipped to customers. This ensures that you always receive the correct quantity as declared.

We encouraged the customers who raised this concern to verify the packet weight on their kitchen weighing scale . The net weight of the pickle will match or exceed the declared weight on the packet.
