How We Make Pickles

We buy the fruits and vegetables from local farmers. Then we dry them in the sun after washing and cutting them. Lastly, we add salt and leave the mix untouched for up to 24 hours.

When mix starts to leave some water in the container, we add the spices again bought from local markets. 

The pickle is then cooked in a kadhai and the taste is adjusted by adding necessary spices to bring out the authentic Maithili taste in these pickles.

Authentic Taste of Bihar

The Pickle was really tasty, nice,tangy & spicy. It is worth it & would recommend you all to buy it but the thing that i felt was not good that it took a really long time to deliver. Hope this improves later on.
