अरबी के पत्ते | Colocasia Leaves - 10-12 (washed and cleaned)

Directions
Preparing the Leaves (तिलकोर के पत्ते तैयार करें):
Wash the Arbi leaves gently with water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean cloth or kitchen towel.
After washing roll the leaves together.
Chop the leaves evenly
Preparing the Batter (घोल तैयार करें):
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, gram flour and chopped arbi leaves
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and other spices
Add lemon juice
Gradually add water to make a thick and smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps, and the consistency is thick enough to coat the leaves.
Frying the Pakoras (पकोड़े तलें):
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
carefully slide the mix into the hot oil.
Flip the pakora evenly
Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serving (परोसें):
Serve the hot and crispy Arbi Pakora with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or ketchup.
